Welcome to CHULA MEGA CLUB. By entering the venue, all guests agree to comply with the following house rules, safety regulations, and entry conditions.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these rules.

Opening Hours: 22:00 – 05:00

•⁠ ⁠The venue operates a strict no re-entry policy after 03:00 AM.

•⁠ ⁠Guests leaving the venue after 03:00 AM will not be permitted to re-enter.

•⁠ ⁠Closing times may vary due to local regulations, special events, or safety requirements.

2.⁠ ⁠MINIMUM AGE

•⁠ ⁠The minimum age for entry is 18 years old.

•⁠ ⁠Valid original government-issued photo identification may be requested at any time.

•⁠ ⁠Photocopies, screenshots, or expired identification documents will not be accepted.

•⁠ ⁠Providing false identification is prohibited and may be reported to local authorities.

3.⁠ ⁠DRESS CODE

CHULA MEGA CLUB maintains a stylish and fashionable atmosphere.

Required

Guests are expected to present themselves in a clean, neat, and fashionable manner.

Not Permitted

The following may result in refusal of entry:

•⁠ ⁠Shirtless attire

•⁠ ⁠Sports team jerseys

•⁠ ⁠Tracksuits

•⁠ ⁠Dirty, damaged, or excessively ripped clothing

•⁠ ⁠Workwear or construction clothing

•⁠ ⁠Offensive, discriminatory, or political clothing

•⁠ ⁠Clothing displaying hate speech or offensive messages

•⁠ ⁠Face coverings that prevent identification (except where legally required)

•⁠ ⁠Bare feet

Management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding appropriate attire.

4.⁠ ⁠SECURITY & SEARCH POLICY

For the safety of all guests:

•⁠ ⁠Security personnel may conduct bag checks and security searches.

•⁠ ⁠Refusal to cooperate may result in denied entry.

•⁠ ⁠CCTV surveillance operates throughout the venue.

•⁠ ⁠Security staff decisions are final.

The following items are strictly prohibited:

•⁠ ⁠Fireworks, flares, or pyrotechnics

•⁠ ⁠Laser pointers

•⁠ ⁠Professional recording equipment without authorization

•⁠ ⁠Any dangerous or prohibited object deemed unsafe by security

Possession of prohibited items may result in removal from the venue and notification of local authorities.

6.⁠ ⁠DRUGS & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

CHULA MEGA CLUB operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs.

•⁠ ⁠Possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

•⁠ ⁠Any suspected violation may be reported directly to Spanish law enforcement authorities.

•⁠ ⁠Guests involved may be immediately removed from the premises without refund.

All guests must behave respectfully towards:

The following behavior will not be tolerated:

•⁠ ⁠Threatening behavior

•⁠ ⁠Harassment

•⁠ ⁠Sexual harassment

•⁠ ⁠Discrimination

•⁠ ⁠Vandalism

•⁠ ⁠Throwing objects

•⁠ ⁠Excessive intoxication causing disturbance

Any guest engaging in such behavior may be removed immediately without refund.

9.⁠ ⁠PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & PORTRAIT RIGHTS

By entering CHULA MEGA CLUB, you acknowledge and agree that:

•⁠ ⁠Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audio recording may take place.

•⁠ ⁠Your image, voice, likeness, and appearance may be captured.

•⁠ ⁠CHULA MEGA CLUB, its partners, event organizers, sponsors, and media representatives may use such content for:

* Marketing purposes

* Social media

* Promotional campaigns

* Advertising

* Television and digital media

* Future event promotion

No compensation shall be owed for such use.

Guests who do not wish to appear in recordings should notify venue management before entering; however, complete exclusion from recordings cannot be guaranteed.

10.⁠ ⁠SOUND LEVELS & HEARING PROTECTION

This venue hosts live performances, DJs, and amplified music.

Guests acknowledge that:

•⁠ ⁠Sound levels may exceed 85 dB(A).

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to loud music may cause temporary or permanent hearing damage.

•⁠ ⁠Entry into the venue is at the guest’s own risk regarding sound exposure.

Recommendations:

•⁠ ⁠Use hearing protection where appropriate.

•⁠ ⁠Earplugs are recommended for guests sensitive to high sound levels.

•⁠ ⁠Guests experiencing discomfort should move away from speakers or contact venue staff.

CHULA MEGA CLUB complies with applicable Spanish and Catalan regulations regarding sound management.

Guests must:

Emergency exits may only be used in genuine emergencies.

No refunds will be issued to guests removed for breaches of these house rules.
